Automatic powder metering plant. The metering plant automatically meters out the powder and starts the water inflow solenoid valve and the vane mixer, producing up to 50,000 lt of product without ever stopping and completely on its own. All made of stainless steel. It comprises:

• Hopper: Kg. 25 or Kg. 50 or Kg. 75 or Kg. 100.
• Metering worm screw.
• Manual or digital regulator.

This device reduces the consumption of flocculant by about 15%.

Doson
Doson is a patented photocell-based system for controlling and adjusting the flocculant according to the amount of suspended solid particles, which are really contained in the water.
The Doson system takes a few samples of the sludge moving on to the decanter at regular intervals and analyses the samples in a closed chamber, then, by means of some electronic sensors, it measures the amount of the solid particles contained in the known sludge volume and the decantation speed at that specific time of the cycle.
Then, it automatically adjusts the dose of the product according to the materials it contains, so the water is always clarified in the best possible way, by increasing or decreasing the amount of the polyelectrolyte, minimising the consumption of the product and preventing the problems that can be caused by an excessive amount of the polyelectrolyte. The Doson system is essential when the specifications of the sludge to be processed change during the day in terms of rates or types of solid particles.
